What's in a name?
Did you know that legally, only a s-corp can write its name with out the words 'LLC', 'LLP' etc.
So what this means is that if your company's name is TheGreatestCompany and you are an LLC, then you can not print business cards as
TheGreatestCompany

You HAVE to (and I mean required by law) write
TheGreatestCompany LLC
