Vinit Bhansali leads the company in all strategic, global and technical initiatives.
Prior to co-founding MindPillar, Mr. Bhansali worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rubix Information Technologies, NJIT and Infosys in areas of International taxation, International Telecommunications Protocols, Customer Management and software development. He has extensive experience in working for and with entrepreneurial ventures both in America and in India.

Piet Gauchat leads the company in all financial, client relationship and sales initiatives.
Together with co-founding MindPillar, Mr. Gauchat also worked as a founding partner at Adeena LLC, a transportation industry software powerhouse. His extensive experiences with Logistics and Distribution companies in the New England region and fieldwork in South America have shaped him into strong client manager and sales leader.

Surabhi Tomar leads the company in all customer management, systems delivery and policy initiatives.
Prior to co-founding MindPillar, Ms. Tomar researched the advantages of melding Total Quality Management (TQM) principles with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), creating a hybrid modeling language suited to the needs of software product managers. Her unwavering stability in times of crisis and extensive project management knowledge provides MindPillar with a strong back-end infrastructure to provide on-time delivery of our services.

Rich manages our high-yield client accounts throughout the East-Coast region.
Prior to joining MindPillar, Mr. Peters spent 30 years practicing in and consulting for the Information Technology industry, including 15 years at AT&T in R&D planning, network operations and product development. He also gained considerable small business experience with his work at FileTek, an infrastructure products provider for large-scale data warehouses.

MindPillar employs and managed a highly technical Software Development Task Force that provides client service onsite and from our locations.
Each MindPillar software development professional goes through a rigorous interviewing and testing program before being placed on a client assignment.
There are regular review and re-training sessions to maintain core skills and add newer and better skills as required by the industry.

Our proximity to New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers University and Essex County College provides MindPillar with a highly motivated and ever expanding pool of technically proficient and talented college students.
Each semester, and in the summer, we bring in numerous interns to help on internal tasks as well as client projects.
Our interns add a high level of enthusiasm and curiosity to the way we work on projects and help us look at ideas from a fresh and enlightening perspective.
