MindPillar Community Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct governs behavior within the MindPillar Community (Telegram). By joining, you agree to uphold these standards.

2. Core Principles

  • Respect: Treat all members, moderators, and staff with courtesy and professionalism
  • Integrity: Share honest opinions and avoid manipulation or deception
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Learning: Engage constructively to learn and help others learn

3. Prohibited Conduct (Immediate Removal)

WARNING: The following will result in immediate permanent removal without refund:
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or promotional solicitation
  • Sharing illegal content or violating others' intellectual property
  • Impersonation or operating multiple accounts
  • Recording, screenshotting, or sharing Community content externally without written permission
  • Soliciting members for commercial purposes or recruiting for competing services

4. Discouraged Conduct (Warning → Removal)

The following may result in warnings, then removal if continued:

  • Excessive negativity or "doom posting" without constructive context
  • Repeatedly asking for "calls" or "signals" (Community is educational, not advisory)
  • Off-topic discussions that derail educational focus
  • Demanding refunds or publicly complaining about Community access (use support channels: support@mindpillar.com)

5. Enforcement

Baitwater Marketing Management LLC reserves sole discretion to determine violation severity and appropriate consequences.

Enforcement Process:

  1. First Violation (minor): Warning from moderator
  2. Second Violation: Temporary mute (24-48 hours)
  3. Third Violation or Serious Violation: Permanent removal without refund

6. Reporting Violations

  • Report violations privately to moderators via Telegram DM or support@mindpillar.com
  • Do NOT call out members publicly in the group

7. Appeals

If you believe you were removed in error, email support@mindpillar.com within 7 days with:

  • Your Telegram username
  • Date of removal
  • Brief explanation of why you believe removal was incorrect

Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days. Decisions are final. No refunds for upheld removals.

8. Educational Nature Reminder

All content shared in the Community is for educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Most traders lose money.
